Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID to be sent as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to the site directly and we conduct an on-line check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
The above documentation would need to be sent for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone prior to confirming a booking. Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Car Maintenance:
- 60-day Car roll to help prevent flat spotting, increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
- 60-day Start-up and warm-through through including the regulation, checking of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components.
- We can take a vehicle for Service or Mot.
- Connect and maintain battery charging and conditioning.
- Regular checks to ensure the prime condition of the car, including tire pressures.
There is always someone in the facility as we work in the workshop. We regularly check battery conditioners for safety precautions.
FREE vehicle valet when returned from "car swap" service.
Included in the monthly amount of £150 No Vat.
Transportation:
We use a local and recommended third-party company to arrange vehicle transportation. Fully insured, with prices starting from £60+Vat.
Price includes the collection of non-runners.
Alternatively, you can arrange this directly with your own third-party company, and we will be prepared on site upon arrival.
Storage & Transportation:
For clients who live abroad or outside the area, we can complete the paperwork online by sending over the storage agreement prior to booking. Obtain a quote for transportation - and if you're happy with everything, move forward.
Upon receipt of this car, we will conduct a complimentary inspection, including photos and send these over for your record and peace of mind.
On-site Detailing can Be provided:
We may spend a few hours valeting a vehicle, but for a top-tier Detail, these take 5 days minimum. You can choose what level of service you'd like. This was our initial business and career for over 25 years.
- External: paint, wheels, windows, plastics, bumpers.
- Restoration: wax & ceramic coatings.
- Internal: deep clean of upholstery. Leather recuperation and fine plastics cleaned or rejuvenated.
On-site Under Sealing can be provided:
We have the knowledge, tools and equipment to complete all types of under-sealing works for classic cars.
Collection & Drop-Off Service:
We can provide a free local pick-up or drop off, subject to fair usage. We can also pick you up from home, work place or nearest train station.
